The Wintec M.2 SATA III (6Gb/s) RoHS Compliant Solid State Drives (SSDs) are constructed with either Toggle or Synchronous MLC or SLC NAND flash memory for high performance and reliability.  The Wintec SSD provides major advantages over the traditional magnetic hard disk drive (HDD) and Asynchronous SSDs.  Faster access time and transfer rate, silent operation and low power consumption, better shock and vibration resistance, and lower total cost of ownership (TCO) make the Wintec SSDs an attractive choice as the next generation storage device.

The Wintec M.2 SATA SSDs offer capacities ranging from 32GB up to 960GB (S6 and S10) using industry standard MLC Toggle NAND flash paired with the JM670H, SM2246 or PS3110 controllers.  The Wintec M.2 SATA SSD optimizes writes to the flash memory and implements highly intelligent block management, wear leveling and lifetime management schemes to increase overall drive endurance and reliability.
